As one of the UK`s leading standby power engineering solutions providers, our organisational structure is well established and has been built and developed around the requirements for both standard products and customised standby power solutions.

We have a number of project teams who have the knowledge and resources at their disposal to manage projects of the most complex nature.

All mechanical, electrical installations (except specialist sub-contractors) and commissioning work on site will be undertaken by our own staff.

We utilise the AUTOCAD system in order to provide all project specific drawings for approval by the client’s project team. All members of our project teams are full training in risk assessment and utilises Hascom Network Ltd software for the production of our project method statements/risk assessments.

Once appointed the project manager will run all aspects of the project from contract award to handover. Our office or site based (as required by the project) project manager will be the single point of contact for all commercial and technical matters and be responsible for the day to day running on the contract and will be the focal point of all technical and commercial issues.

The project manager has a range of skills within his team to draw on and will call on these people to attend site meetings, as and when necessary. This is supported by a range of other in house and sub contracted services such as:

•  Contract cranage
•  Low loader deliveries
